Userform - random name select from spreadsheet

Hi,

I want a Userform, which when i click a button it will generate a name, from the list of names on my spreadsheet, to a text box.

So it will look something like this with the range being the names on the left:

(For some reason i cant add file attachments from this PC)

Wondering if anyone knew a way to make it appear to be cycling through the names, in the text box, for a few seconds, before choosing a name? Not sure if i described that well, basically like a slot machine.

How to see the next cell in th enext column to the cell selected randomly. In other words if cell A3 is selected, how to show B3 in another text box
