protect and color cells containing formulas

I downloaded the code below which i have been able to get to
protect all the formulas
Now at same time a protecting the formula i would like to change the
background color to light blue

I cant get this to work- someone please help!!

Try this. I found your formatting unreadable so I changed it a bit. Not sure what "light blue" you want. You can tweak the color value to your liking:
