Split Sheet 1 To Individual Worksheets

Daily we get a workbook of our team members sales. It is one worksheet with all team members on it, like below

How can I move each sales persons data to an individual worksheet? (Headers incldued) So Bob, Fred & Regina would all be on one worksheet and I can email each of them their individual worksheet?
