Remove Personal Information from all workbooks

Hello

I would like to remove authors names from all excel files in all nested folders from the root folder.
Can I do that with VBA without opening each workbook by change it from the windows explorer view?(as u can see in the attached photo)

The reason i prefer to do that without opening each workbook is because then the "Last Saved" will be changed in all those workbooks and its not good in this case cause the "Last Saved" date gives me indication sometimes.

I'd recommend "Document Metadata Cleaner" for this purpose.

1. Use a batch process.
2. Get dsofile.dll.
3. In the batch process, use dsofile. For details, see: http://www.cpearson.com/excel/docprop.aspx

If you need help with the batch process, write back.

All the files are mine (i just made them from different computers/users)

Kenneth, i have tried to isolate the part that i need in the code and went lost there...
Do u know which rows there do i need only for delete the author's name of a closed file?
(just one workbook...then i will try to loop over the whole folders some how)
