Copying data from one screen to another without moving cells

So I need a macro that will copy data from my "Sheet 1" to my "Sheet 2" then move it down by one cell without moving my formulas as I need to run a report from the data.

I have attached the form I am trying to do this with below.

Sheet 1 is "Submit QA" and sheet 2 is "QA Totals"

on the sheet "QA Totals" I have the boxes that will eventually count the data which appears in the table, but at the moment when I hit submit I am copying the data values (which is what I want) but then its inserting a cell and shifting everything down, I need my formulas to stay where they are.

p.s I'm pretty rubbish at macros lol

    Can anyone help?

I am confused. I don't see where either in your code or elsewhere into what cells you wish to paste your data. Can you be specific in your example. Additionally, where are the formulas located that you wish to preserve. I don't seem to see any formulas in the paste sheet.

Re: Copying data from one screen to another without moving cells

yeah that's because I accidentally deleted them but, whoops.

So on my first sheet "Submit QA" you will see some boxes and under the boxes a submit button.

When I hit that submit button I want the data entered into the top boxes to be copied and then the cells "Value" to be pasted onto the next sheet in the similar looking area.

once it has copied the data to the next sheet I want it to move the copied "value" data down by one cell, then I want it to reset the next pages cells where you just copied the data from (without removing the formulas which mimic the data below the submit button)

Don't worry about the formulas for now all I want is a macro that will do the above without inserting a new cell rather just move the data in the cell down.

if I can get the above I will deal with the formula stuff afterwards (I suppose you could put any formula in for now just to test that the macro doesn't move it)

    Does this help at all?
