create userform to enter data to data sheet and withdarw product

i would like to make userform that do the following
as in my image
my user form will have 4 main bottom
one is clear ( if the data enter not correct )
add bottom ( to add new product) and when i press this bottom it allow to enter data in the following
plate Type, Media type, Batch number, manufacture Date, expiry date , quantity , And Qc quantity and other in the image not allow
but when i press withdraw button , it will to enter value in plate type, media type, and batch number
and other data that corresponding to this value will be add to manufacture date , expiry date , quantity and qc quantity
then allow to enter data in withdraw department, withdraw quantity and date and will show
automatic remaining quantity



or if any one have good another idea to create it it will be good
what i need
i produce 4 product and distribute it to different client (9 client )
i would like to add product with manufactur details as plate Type, Media type, Batch number, manufacture Date, expiry date , quantity , And Qc quantity
then when i take any quanitty to distribute it to different customer it will automatic calculate number remain
and can also inquiry how many is taken by each department from each product with batch number
