VBA VLookup not returning desired results

All,

I'm trying use VBA to do a vlookup to return some values. The code that I have will put a vlookup in the desired cells, but starts returning no value for every other cell at loop 17. I was thinking there was probably an obvious error in my code since I'm a beginner. Below is the code that I have:

What kind of data is in Sht.Cells(i, 4) and LURange?
Could you attach sample of your data?
