Why not use a pivot table?

It doesn't sound like he knows what he is talking about.
I would create a column in the data that calculates a TRUE OR FALSE on if the deadline is within 30 days, then create a VERY SIMPLE pivot table that only shows whatever information you are looking for and you can refresh it whenever you open the file. It would take seconds to build and a second to update with no crazy overhead like VBA.

Attach a sample workbook and I can show you what I mean. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    Excel das Rendas 3 (1).xlsm

This is the workbook. The deadline is "termino de contrato". Only the names that have background white have a deadline defined.
