Dynamically place add a frame within an exisiting frame

I am trying to dynamically add a frame to a userform within an existing frame. when my code reads the line Set NewFrame1 = UserForm.Frame1.Controls.Add(Forms.Frame.1,"NewFrame"), it errors out. I am doing something wrong? can you not add a frame within a frame dynamically?

Forms.Frame.1 should be in quotes and UserForm should be Me if the code is in the userform module.
