Faster Import of XLSX File needed (plus "delete specific lines")

    Hi there,

currently I am looking for a way to improve my current import method. This is what I have:

Is there a way to "Ctrl-A", "Ctrl-V" all the data and then simply have the necessary rows deleted? Would that even be faster?

Edit: I have about 15.000 rows to copy, currently it takes about 3 minutes

    Thank you for your help

    Hi,
Faster way to get data from xlsx file would be "SQL query". This way you don't need to open source file, just define your criteria for data and extract them.
As example you can check out this topic: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?t=1166014
