Spreadsheet to mobile application

I have an excel file that calculates stuff. For example, it takes inputs A and B and gives out an output Sum=A+B
I want to convert this excel to a mobile app. Preferably android.

Whats the best way to go around for this? Will I have to learn a whole programming lang to get this? I have some very basic experience with android studio.

On searching I got an answer saying "You need specialist software for this". If you can name a few, that'll be great.

You probably need to learn Java and re-create the thing in Android studio, you have everything you already need if you've downloaded and installed it.

You can use Google Sheets.
And you can use it in your phones, tablets, etc.
Find it in the Store.
