Hello,
I am working with an itemized set of data that contain multiple individual assets that are assigned assets classes (eg. cash, mutual funds, Bonds, etc.) and Account Names (eg. xxx trust, yyy trust, zzz trust, etc.) and would like to replicate the results that my pivot table is currently returning. In the pivot table, I set the rows as the assets class, the columns as the account names , and the sum value as the market value. This returns a great summary of what accounts hold what asset classes, and their values by asset class. However, I am not the only user of this data, and pivot tables are typically not "client friendly" so I wanted to script the process to summarize the raw data into one single Summary Tab using the SUMIFS fx but am having trouble filling the entire analysis due to the use of static cells, and the number of assets, asset classes, and accounts consistently changing.
