Listbox on userform population and modification

I have attached a workbook with a userform and another workbook that acts as a table.

What I would like is some help with the listbox portion of the userform or if anyone can think of a better way to do what I want done than please suggest it.

okay so to the chase. A user will use the userform to fill in vehicle information submit the information which I have writing to a table file in another location. if you look at the code I removed the location from the file so if you do testing you will have to relink the table file. This portion works the way I intended. What I would now like to do is to populate the listbox with the data from any rows on the table that do not have a date in the returned date field of the table file only displaying columns B:G. With that selection I would like to be able to click the returned button on the userform to enter todays date in the date returned field for that specific line thus removing it from the "Pending" listbox.

If anyone can help that would be great, I have limited experience in VBA and just recently started exploring with userforms.
