This information might be explained in another post but i cant find it.

I have 4 different files"input" with sales figures for the salesmen to enter their appointment. All these files are stored in a cloud account that everyone has access to. In the same folder i have set ut a "Stats" file where the results from the different files are gathered in different charts.

The reason i have it in 4 different files is so they can edit the files at anytime without having to worry that someone else is working on the file.

I have managed to get the "stats" file to update from the separated document when i use a computer but when i try it on my tablet or phone it says the macros will not work on this version of excel.

Im wondering if you can set up some kind of macro that saves the "stats" file as a pdf as soon as one of the 4 "input" files are being saved.
