Move column with remain format cells and number stored as text

Rearrange column and move data from sheet raw to sheet result.

before move,
allowance code and hour is number stored as text
amount is 2 decimal places

after move, all these were gone.

How to add in additional macros to remain number stored as text and 2 decimal points.
