Static Randbetween

Hi

I'm trying to generate a random integer between (2,12) - like the roll of two dice.

I need a way to stop the Randbetween formula from refreshing when I am entering data into non related cells.

I found this vba function that proclaims to do it but I can't get it to work.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Or does anybody have an alternate way of doing this?
