Selecting certain range after filter.

Hello friends, Hope all is well!

Say I filter column D, and choose "A" (as an example).
I would really appreciate it, if you could please help me with a code that would pick the 1st 3 rows of "A", from D:H, i.e. D10:H21.
The problem is if I filter by choosing B, D10:D21, will not work, can you please help me make the range of D:H dynamic based on the filter of "D".
