Matrix to Line records ( Totally new to Macros)
Hi Gurus,
I need help to convert a training matrix to line by line records.
(Please see attachment)
You can find 2 tabs in the excel spreadsheet and 1 tab is in matrix format and another tab is where i need to collate all the data.
My colleague advised me that I will need Macros or VB to do that and therefore decided to try my luck here. If you don't mind, would you be able to guide me step-by-step as I never use Macros before.

So, which tab contains the data, and which 1 is the 1 you want the answers in?
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)

"Safety"tab will be the data and I need to pull data from the safety tab to "total training plan" tab as line by line records
Example if Employee A was planned to attend 2 training courses, in the total training plan, you will find 2 line records of employee A.
