Use cell value as range in formula

One of the forum experts solved my previous vba issue with the code below.

This is a follow on question.

I need the cell range reference for the DetailRep name to reflect the value of a cell in my report.

So in the third line of the vba where it has .[A1:A10].Name = "DetailRep", I need the A1:A10 to update based on the value in cell Z1 (for example cell Z1 could have the text A1:B25 or A1:B45 in it)
