Open Outlook Once

Is there a way so Outlook will only open once,so if it open then code does nothing ? Code works but opens Outlook every time its clicked.

Did you open it at all? You are using late binding and there is example code how to test if outlook is open and if yes - get it, if not - open it. Also note that what you want is way easier with early binding. Example - also in the link.
