VB code to compare cells, moving things to one row, deleting empty rows

Hello all and thank you for taking time to look at my post. I have a spreadsheet of around 5000 lines. Column A has a list of things, Column B has a list of items in it with a cooresponding Value in column C. Column A B will have items that will eventually repeat. Column C the values will be different. I am looking for a formula or vb code to be able to do a few things.

I would like to combine the same people together on 1 row, having the various items AND values be moved over to an empty column, and then deleting the different empty rows. I am uploading a sample similiar to what I have started and what the end result is
