Conditional Format to Highlight only if not blank and not number

I'm still having trouble with the conditional formatting by formula.

What formula would I enter to format cell C2 if I want it to highlight only if there is a number entered in the cell. If the cell is blank or contains text no formatting needed.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

=AND(C2<>"",ISNUMBER(C2))
?
Or
=Count(C2)
