Copy Single Cell Value to Separate Worksheet Based on Value of Another Cell

I have a worksheet that I will be entering tournament registration names on and filling in the events they will participate in. What I want is when column H on worksheet "Qualifier" (data validation yes\no) is set to Yes I want the value from "Qualifier".Column A in the same row to be copy\pasted into the next blank row on Worksheet "MD".

I have tried a few different examples that I found however nothing seems to be getting this correctly. The code below I had entered on the On_Change event of worksheet "Qualifier" however this is not firing upon the changing of column H.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure it is not firing? based on the code, if the change is not in column T then nothing will happen, even though the event will fire... change T to H if you want H to trigger the code to execute
