Using MicroSoftQuery within an Excel Workbook

I want to extract some data from a table on one worksheet to a new worksheet. Microsoftquery seems to be the most efficient way of achieving this.
Using the browse window in the wizard I can identify the workbook and the sheet I want. However there are several tables of data on this sheet, all dynamically named, but only some are listed in the browse window.

What governs whether or not a table is recognized? If I can know this I will be able to make my query happen.

Check in "options" menu (when you bring over columns/tables).

If "System Tables" is not checked, make sure it's checked.

It should list tables, named ranges and sheets.
