    Creating a Macro to delete old data

    Hi,

    I'm creating a spread sheet at work to record warnings issued to members of staff, these warnings are given on a 3 strike basis over a 1 month rolling period.

    As you can imagine this sheet is going to get rather large very quickly so what I want to do is add a button to my sheet which will remove all lines where the warning was given over 1 month ago. I have 3 columns for the 3 stages though so for example if the receive a warning on the 1st of Jan and then cause another issue 7 days later in column 2 I would add the date 8th Jan so I will want the button to then check that column instead to keep the 1 month rolling criteria, if they are at their 3rd stage I want it to check the 3rd column before it removes anything.

    I hope I explained that well enough.

    Can anyone help me with the macro coding I will need to get a button to do this?

    Thank you, I have attached the sheet I'm currently working on, so I want all data in the "Error 1" column over 1 month old to be deleted and then if there is data in the "Error 2" column to move in to "Error 1"
