Get data values from a website's graph (HTML)

Hello, I am trying to scrape data from pro League of Legends games, and while I know how to get most of the data that is in "normal" text form or picturues, I run into trouble trying to get data from the graph.

When I inspect one "point" at the graph I see that the values I want to get belong to "Cx" and "Cy" categories, and .innertext cannot be used to get that, so I am quite unsure how to gather them.

Can anyone help me out?

If it isn't clear, it's the graph under "Team Gold Advantage". I would like to get the values for each of the "points".
