To insert new field whenever new data is being key.

Currently, I key my data in one single row in Sheet2, and i use formula to link it to Sheet1 using INDIRECT. However, in Sheet1, the data is presented in row and column. Hence, whenever i key something new in Sheet2, i had to copy and 15 row in Sheet1 and paste it to the last nonblank cell. Is there a way, inwhich when i key in something new in Sheet2, it will automatically link to Sheet1?

Please refer to my attached file.
