VBA to locate an empty cell in specific range and add text

Thank you in advance for any assistance

I have a userform built and have the values being assigned to a cell. I have a command button I labeled "completed" What I'm looking to do is once clicked it will search for the first empty cell in range (B22:B60) and assign a value of "upskill" and also take the value in a cell "C19" and assign that to the same row in the 3rd column. I have posted the code I attempted but its only clearing the content.
