How to detect if cells with formulas become hard data

    Hi everyone,

People often select cells in a sheet (or multiple sheets) and do something like copy and paste as values to make all data in that sheet hard data.

Before the cells are made hard data, I want to have a macro to pop up a message to ask the user if he really wants to make them hard data. If he clicks Yes, then go ahead. Otherwise, nothing will happen/

In VBA, I don't know how to track if cells in a worksheet are about to lose their formulas. Can you please help? Thank you.
