    Copy/Paste from separate workbooks based on criteria

    I need to copy data from 1 workbooks, and paste into the other workbook. Each row in Workbook 1 contains 2016 financial data for a particular project (each column is a different month of data). I need to copy and paste the financial data from Workbook 1, and paste into Workbook 2, which is a load template.

    Each project has a different start date, which effects the column in which i need to paste in to Workbook 2.

    Column W in Workbook 2 correlates to Year 1 Month 1... the issue is, if the project started prior to Jan 1, 2016... the pasted values must start after Column W.

    Example: Project start date is Oct. 1, 2016... I would need the values to start being pasted in Column Z (3 columns after W).


    In Workbook 1, i've added a field that calculates the number of months from the project start date and Jan 1, '16


    I need to create a macro that copys a range of data from Workbook 1, and paste into Workbook 2, but uses the criteria from Workbook 1 to paste "x" number of columns in workbook 2.

    file not attach.
    >Click on "Go Advanced" tab & click on "Manage Attachment"
    >Select file from folder, > "Upload" > After complete upload click on "Closed window"
