Modify Subtotals to apply to 3 columns in dynamic, filtered table

Below (hopefully showing as an attachment??) is my starting point to show subtotals (for cells in columns C, D and E that may or may not contain a letter "X") on changes in column A in a table that is run from another worksheet. The following code has been my starting point but no matter what parameters I change, I don't seem to impact the resulting table very much or get caught in an endless loop.

Any ideas are appreciated. (Apologies if the "attached" is not showing up that way as I am new to forums such as this.)
