Userform TextBox ControlTipText

How to make the ControlTipText right next to the TextBox, or at least the same monitor?

I have dual monitors. If my excel does NOT open in the main monitor, then there is an issue, since ControlTipText always shows up in the main monitor.

How to write VBA code to position ControlTipText in the same monitor?
