Vba code to find and replace using userform.

Hi guys,
Need your help!
In raw data sheet i have a list of name in AJ column.using userform i want to find and replace names.combobox1 is used to find name and combobox2 is used to replace name.
eg= when i select name Ajay Solanki from combobox1 and name Aakshi Yadav from combobox2 and enter 5 in textBox1 then in raw data sheet in column AJ outoff 28
Ajay Solanki 5 Ajay Solanki should replace with Aakshi Yadav.
