See if the attached file helps you. The logic is, finding the number of occurrences of a particular value and use conditional formatting.

Hello HaroonSid,
This macro will leave only the duplicates visible on the worksheet. The first group will be yellow, the second group white, the third group will be yellow and the fourth group white, etc. All unique rows will be hidden.
