Rename PDF file name and copy the path

Dear all

i want to rename the PDF file name as per my excel sheet, in column A, i have pdf files names and in column B new names which i want and and also want in column C paste the saving path of each file..

PDF file save path: C:\Users\Pervaiz Iqbal\Desktop\SECH/
