refreshing Comboboxes

Hi

I have a number of comboboxes which are based on Indirect references. They work great until someone changes the source of the indirect (another combobox)

below is the code which sits behind the Combo box.

if a user changes a combobox, it should automatically refresh to the new list range but it remains on the previous list range.

Can you please let me know how I can get the combo boxes to automatically update?

(How to) Upload a Workbook directly to the Forum
(please do not post pictures or links to worksheets)

• Click Advanced next to Quick Post button at the bottom right of the editor box.
• Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
• Click the "Choose" button at the upper left (upload from your computer).
• Select your file, click "open", click "upload"
• Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
• Close the Attachment Manager window.
• Click "Submit Reply"

Note: Please do not attach password protected workbooks/worksheets
Ensure to disable any Workbook Open/Autorun macros before attaching!

when the original dropdown is changed, the secondary dropdown should react to the helper cell and therefore change the options in the combobox.

I don't know if it is the issue but the bottom combobox is combobox1 not 2 as referenced in your code. Also, you want it to trigger on the change of combobox3 and not combobox1.

Hi, thanks for your response, I'm not sure that is the issue as the combobox does work when the first combobox is activated, but once only.

something needs to be added to retrigger the combobox but I am not sure what.
