Set a range of cells as footer in autofilter

The sheet name PRF in my workbook is the filtered from the table in "payment" sheet.

H1:M18 is actually meant to be the footer of PRF but if i put it at the bottom once I filtered to the next data it will be deleted.

Anyone here can assist me on the VBA codes to set the footer? The footer is meant to be in the last page should the list goes on further than 1 page long.

Can you keep H1:M8 as a template in a separate sheet ("Footer") and take a copy of it at the end of your filtering process and append it at the bottom as a last step?

Re: Set a range of cells as footer in autofilter

I assume you have other code to populate the PRF sheet with data from the payment sheet ... so once you have that, the code below will append your footer to it so you can print it and do whatever else you need to do. The formulae at the top of rows K, L, and M, however, refer to columns D, E and F, which - unfortunately are the corresponding columns they get pasted to, which makes the formulae invalid. So instead I have copied the footer with values rather than formula. The other issue you have is that you'll need to clean up the check boxes as they 1. move around when column widths and row heights change and the width of column H is not the same as that of column A, which is where it pastes to.
