Automatically assigning a value to a name.

I have almost made my project fully automated but I am missing the last step.

I have a list of names in Column A and another list of names in Column B. Each name can occur multiple times and in either column.

In Column C are the current values of the names in Column A.
In Column D are the current values of the names in Column B.

A formula is then applied to the values in Columns C and D
In Column E is the new value of the name in Column A
In Column F is the new value of the name in Column B

In Column G is the entire list of names condensed into one column this time and only appearing once.
In Column H are the latest values of each name (found in either Column E or F)

I now want the latest value of a name (found in Column H) to automatically appear in Columns C and D when I write the name in a new line in Column A and Column B respectively.

For example, The name Greg appears in Column H with a value of 55 and the name John appears in Column H with a value of 40.

I want to be able to write "Greg" in Column A and "John" in Column B and automatically have 55 and 40 come up in columns C and D respectively.

Of course then those two values will be changed by the formula and therefore the value of Greg and John will then change in column H but the values 55 and 40 must stay the same in Column C and D as entered.

    How can this be done?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
