Iterating through email in folder with Cached Exchange Mode

Hi all,

When I loop through each mail in a specified folder with cached exchange mode enabled on outlook to read data into excel, newly received emails do not get picked up by my code. The solution at the moment is to disable cached exchange mode (which results in a big hit to my outlook performance) or to 'clear offline items' from the folder and to perform a send/receive for that folder again.

Both are not ideal solutions. Could someone enlighten me if there is a quick fix for this issue? thanks!
