Macro to Add names, every other line

I have a list of names, for which I am preparing name badges. I need 2 badges per name. The labels print 2 on a page, so I want to keep each name together.

I need a macro to start in a cell, copy that cell, go to the next line, highlight the whole line, insert a new line (CTRL + "+") ??, go to the new line and paste the name.

For the second name, the macro has to copy the second name where that cell is, A3, not remember the contents of A2.
