Accumulation of information from 100% identical workbooks

Here's my idea:
I have a workbook (base) in which each month accumulated information from another workbook (monthly).
Both workbooks are 100% identical sheets.
Sheet1 - is a constant in both workbooks.
At baseline and monthly Workbook information is the same, but when I get the new month, the file that I receive monthly, there are already new information is colored in red.
Open both workbooks and mandatory filter monthly workbook column "B" to filter in red, then copy all the rows of A: the end of each row and set it in a sheet of the same name base workbook.

Sheet1 - do not do anything constant

"Oranges"
etc
2. Monthly workbook - which sent
Sheet1 - do not do anything constant
"Apples" - red text, ie new information need to copy and "paste specia value" of A: the end in the same sheet of base workbook. If no red text, move to the next sheet of the end
"Peaches" - same
"Oranges" - same
