Looking for a VBA or method that will identify if groups of data contain a value

Good Morning all,

I'm new to this site so please excuse any mistakes

I am looking for a vba or a fast method to solve this problem

Group Shape
1 Circle
1 Circle
1 Square
1 Triangle
1 Triangle
2 Circle
2 Circle
2 Triangle
2 Triangle
2 Triangle
2 Triangle
3 Triangle
3 Square
3 Circle
3 Square
3 Circle
4 Circle
4 Square
4 Square
4 Square
4 Square

From this you can see that group 2 does not contain a square and group 4 does not contain a triangle, imagine now that there were a 100's of groups, is there a way to identify which groups do not contain all 3 shapes and to tell me which groups are missing which shapes? I understand that I could perhaps use vlookup but I was just wondering if there is a better way.

Any help would be amazing..
