Find the value which produces the maximum result

Hi

I have the following formula down an entire column
=H1+400/((Q1+R1+5)^0.4)*(0-(1-I1))

This formula is part of the process which determines a number I have in the V300 cell.

I have chosen 400 arbitrarily and I change it, I get a different value in V300 cell.
I want to know how to find the number which produces the highest value in V300.
