macro password

Hello to all.
The attached macro is activated upon expiry of a certain date and requires a new password.
The new password is given username + Clock (example for today = usernamen17 / 03/2017 (dates italian))
I ask for a change:
For each daily incorrect entry number in the message needs to increase:

"Attempt # ...",

after the fifth attempt should display a message:

"Today you can not try, try again tomorrow" '<<<<< This notice is for a joke

Here in counter will reset and start again from #1
