Inserting a variable amount of Rows

Hello all,

I'm trying to insert an amount of blank rows pending a count variable, but I'm not sure what the code would be. Here is what I've got so far.

Instead of using the last two lines of code, I would like to use a line of code that inserts a number of blank rows pending my count variable.

The 'x' represents the number of rows to insert...
