Macro wont run because enable content bar

Hey guys, I have a macro that runs automatically when I open the workbook. For some reason it will not run because the enable content bar that pops up when you open a workbook. I have external html connections in the workbook. The whole point of the macro is so I do not have to click anything. Any fixes? I am using Mac 2016 Microsoft Excel. Thanks!

You can adjust your trust center setting. If file is located on Network drive, you may need to check "Allow Trusted Locations on my network...".

Also, depending on company IT policy, this may be enforced at Active Directory level (you will need to ask IT about it).
