File will open on background using VBA

Hi friends,

I am using below code to open and save, close other file. But, file open and closing process will be run in background (may be using loop), Can any one please edit below code to run background.

You may consider opening in separate instance of excel application, in na similar manner:

One problem is, when OTHER DESTINATION FILE is also opened, then also I want to do this without conflict copy.

Actually using this VBA (When other file opened), file not responding. Message is coming like "withing for OLE action"
