Launch Access and close Workbook at same time

I am trying to launch an Access DB from Excel and close the worksheet that is launching Access at the same time, however it launches Access and then closes it along with the worksheet at the same time.

Would love a way to only close the worksheet (or even Excel completely - really don't care) and keep the Access DB open afterwards.
