Message box with user input and varying answers

I am trying to make a True False quiz for my company to help everyone know our practices better. We have a manual on what we are supposed to check that includes 10 different stages. Each stage will have true and false statements to help employees test their knowledge. I currently have the statements and stages all separated so user can choose to test on one stage at a time on their choosing. I also have a button that generates the statement so the user can choose when to have a new one show up. What I am trying to do is have the user read the statement, click an answer button and then have a message show up that says "Is the statement True?", user will click yes or no and then have a message box show up if they are correct or incorrect. I currently have the message box that states the question and the pop up message box with the correct and incorrect. I do not know how to make the answer dependent which stage the statement is on, and whether the statement is true or false and then if the user chose the correct answer.

Attached is what I have been working on. On sheet 1 is what I want the user to use on the left side of the sheet with a bunch of formulas to help me know which statement is there and if it is in the true or false section of sheet 2. Sheet 2 has the statements divided into stages and true and false areas.

Like I said earlier, I have no idea how to connect the "Answer" button with the user input on if the statement is true or false, and then have the correct answer pop up. I don't know a lot about excel and have been researching a lot to get as far as I did with this. If there are easier ways to do what I am trying to accomplish, I am open to ideas and whatever it takes to get this working to help others in my company improve.
