I have a Control Form combo box on an Excel Spreadsheet. When an item is selected from the Control Form combo box, a List Box (Active x) is updated to reflect what is in that database selected

However I cant get the code to work. The list box needs 3 columns as I want to pull through data to 3 Columns from a database using SQL. Unsure why that has to create different VBA for Control forms and Active x. I can get this working on a userform, but I need it on a Spreadsheet.

The List box needs to clear each time so a huge list doesnt built up. Can someone please help.
